Strawberry Cheesecake Cups
1-3.9 oz. pkg. instant cheesecake pudding mix
4 TBS butter, melted
1/2 c milk
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. phyllo dough, thawed
|1 pint strawberries, sliced
Whip cream to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Fold into whipped cream, and chill until firm. Brush melted butter on each side of 4 phyllo sheets, and cut into squares. Press each square into a lightly-greased muffin pan to make cups, and bake until lightly browned. Remove from pan, and cool completely. Scoop cheesecake mouse into each cup, and top with sliced berries.
